INDIVIDUAL/COUPLES MOVEMENT & EXERCISE

At Living Well, we offer a variety of mind-body exercise options that will tone your body and free your mind. Our teachers are experts in their field and can create a healthy program just for you.

Individual Yoga Plans

The development of a yoga plan, is specifically designed to address your personal goals of the body-mind-spirit. The plan includes yoga asanas (poses), breathing techniques and may include meditation or guided imagery suggestions. An hour of private instruction provides the opportunity to receive support and practice before implementing the plan on your own.

The benefits of yoga have long been recognized. Using Yoga to gently provide stretching, toning, flexibility, strength and balance, students will experience a variety of asanas (poses). Incorporated in the instruction is the importance of using the breath (pranayama), guided imagery, visualization and meditative techniques.

Instruction is available for private lessons, small group classes and workshops. Workshops can be designed to address personal and group goals which may include but is not limited to stress reduction yoga, yoga and menopause, yoga for fitness and yoga for restoration.
